Job summary

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is seeking a courteous Receptionist to deliver an outstanding guest experience at the hotel’s Reception and Lounge. You will greet VIP guests, handle enquiries, and manage efficient check-in and check-out procedures, while maintaining brand standards.

You will aim to exceed guest expectations by listening carefully, anticipating needs, and providing prompt, friendly service within a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Preferably a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in service industries.
• Good communication and language skills.
• A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable.

What you will do:

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the Reception and Lounge
• Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting all VIP guests, handling guest enquiries, and performing check-in/check-out procedures
• Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests, anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response to guests

Qualifications

• Preferably with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
• Preferably with 3year of working experience in service industries
• Good communication skills and high proficiency in language skills
