Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is seeking a full-time customer service staff member to welcome guests and manage hotel check-in and check-out processes. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude, assist with currency exchange, and address guest inquiries.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and the position offers 8 rest days per month along with a supportive environment for new talent.
