Job summary

Compass Group Hong Kong Ltd is seeking a Receptionist (Guest Relations Officer) to support multiple offices in Central, Wan Chai, and Admiralty. You will deliver front-house hospitality, greet guests, and assist with registrations and meeting arrangements.

The role offers professional front-douse service in a leading financial institute environment, with opportunities to grow into supervisor roles for candidates with leadership experience. Strong communication and presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in hotel, guest services, or tourism is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-presented appearance and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS applications and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with visitor registration, conference room reservations, switchboard calls and emails handling.
• Manage traffic flow and ensure a smooth customer experience at the reception area.
• Liaise with departments and vendors to set up meetings and events.
• Provide support to the Operations/Guest Services Manager in ad-hoc projects.
• Candidates with team leadership experience may be considered for a Receptionist Supervisor/Guest Relations Supervisor role.
