Betterment Asia Limited in Kowloon, HK is seeking a Reception & Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for guests before, during and after visits, ensuring a personal, seamless experience. You will manage reservations, welcome guests, coordinate seating with the restaurant team, maintain guest profiles with discretion and relay guest requirements to service and culinary colleagues.
