Ladies' Recreation Club in Hong Kong is seeking a Front Desk Officer to warmly welcome members and visitors at the front desk. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, assist with events reservations, manage phone calls and courier services, and ensure prompt, professional service.

The role requires at least 2 years in hospitality or property management, strong English and Cantonese skills, keen attention to detail, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in hospitality industry or property management.
• Excellent manners and communications skills.
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Welcome members and visitors at the Front Desk.
• Coordinate front desk activities and ensure prompt, professional attention.
• Answer inquiries, assist with events reservations, handle phone and courier/mailing services.
• Enforce club rules and regulations.
• Assist in handling emergency situations.
