Job summary

Starphire Hotel Company Limited is seeking a supervisory-level Operations Officer in Hong Kong to lead daily front-of-house shifts, ensuring SOP compliance and responsive guest service. You will manage check-in/check-out procedures, address guest enquiries, and support team members across the shift.

A Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred, with at least 4 years of hotel guest service experience. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 4 years of relevant guest/customer service experience in hotel industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Candidate with less experience may apply for Senior Operations Officer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift processes as shift in charge to ensure SOP adherence.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out professionally and handle enquiries.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
