Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Hong Kong seeks an Ambassador to support handover of new developments, coordinate pre-handover works, and follow up defects with owners. You will assist the Manager in supervising the handover process and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires a hospitality or clubhouse background, strong English and Chinese communication, and hands-on PC skills. On-site position offering interaction with diverse clients and a dynamic team at JLL.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Experience in hospitality or clubhouse would be an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Hands-on PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in supervising a team of Ambassadors for handover of new developments.
• Manage and coordinate pre-handover preparation works, takeover/ handover of units, and follow up on defect rectification works.
• Follow up on defects list, queries and complaints raised from owners.
• Coordinate with contractor in handling owner's defect rectification work.
