Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Customer Services Officer to join our facilities team. The role focuses on daily operations, safety, and guest services within our studio units and information centre.

You will conduct inspections, coordinate with vendors, manage key control, handle inquiries, support exhibition room operations, and maintain logs and procurement records. Experience in administrative tasks and strong communication are essential for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with vendors.
• Good communication skills for handling customer inquiries and tenant requests.
• Attention to detail for inspections, inventory, and documentation.
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic procurement processes.
• Physically able to conduct facility walkthroughs and light maintenance checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly inspections of washrooms, and stonewall trees.
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate ad hoc repairs with vendors.
• Manage key control for all Studio Units (vacant and occupied) and oversee key borrowing registration for visitors and contractors.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person at the Information Centre.
• Support exhibition room operations including daily opening/closing and scheduling per operating hours.
• Maintain daily patrol logs, file applications and leasing documents, process rental receipts, and manage office signage, notices, and directory updates.
• Monitor and restock first aid supplies, manage storeroom inventory (e.g., booklets), and procure office equipment and sundries.
• Perform monthly water and electricity meter readings and assist in issuing debit notes.
