Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1-3 years of previous experience.
• People person who enjoys creating guest experiences.
• Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities.
• Ability to communicate professionally in spoken and written English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Greet/host/provide support for guests, visitors and employees - Reception.
• Assist associates with security and access applications.
• All other duties requested by RAD and CRE Geo Lead.
• Help create positive Workplace Experience by welcoming staff and guests warmly.
• General Office Duties: Maintain all conference rooms for cleanliness and reserve conference rooms.
• Manage the inventory of all technical, office, and pantry supplies.
• Communicate concerns to stakeholders, CRE Geo Lead and RAD; comply with HSSE mandates.
• Coordinate with Building management and processing BMO related permits.
• Oversee the cleaning service provider and other vendor partners to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with pantry and office supplies vendors for delivery and implementation.
