Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact at our facility reception in Hong Kong. The role involves greeting visitors, managing visitor flow, coordinating meeting spaces, and supporting general administrative tasks while maintaining a positive impression of the venue.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Higher Diploma, at least 2 years of customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Higher Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service environment
• Preferably from property management, facilities management, hotel, or customer service industries
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese word processing

• Greet and guide visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Coordinate with stakeholders including Authority employees and tenants
• Maintain a presentable, tidy, and organized reception area
• Handle visitor registration, requests, inquiries, and complaints
• Provide information about the venue and available services
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner
• Administer meeting and conference room bookings
• Handle internal and external mail and parcels
• Provide general administrative support and assist with events and meetings
• Support special projects or initiatives as needed
