Job summary

The Scalelab is hiring a Growth Strategist to work with a diverse mix of founders, heads of sales, and CMOs to scale their business. You’ll be the first point of contact, autonomous, and focused on delivering impactful growth initiatives.

You’ll engage with clients across startups to larger organizations, learning about new industries and business models while driving measurable results in a fast-paced, remote-team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of growth/marketing experience.
• Excellent English communication, esp. on calls.
• Comfortable with a fully remote team.
• Strong interest in startups and growth hacking.
• Familiar with Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Actively scale B2B clients from startups to SMEs.
• Engage with CEOs, founders, and growth hackers weekly.
• Manage client relationships and propose growth strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to share knowledge.
• Impact client performance through initiatives.
• Explore long-term cross-functional opportunities across sales, growth, operations.
