Binance is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst, Data to join our Global Central Growth team. You will support growth strategy, marketing analytics, and performance tracking across global markets, collaborating with growth, marketing, product, and operations to generate insights and drive decisions.

This role is ideal for someone with an early data analytics foundation who wants to deepen expertise in user growth, marketing performance, and funnel optimisation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related function.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of digital business and marketing metrics (conversion, retention, CAC, ROI, engagement, funnel).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL/BI tools is preferred.
• Exposure to A/B testing and campaign analysis is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Support growth strategy and business analysis initiatives by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data across funnels.
• Analyze user behavior and journeys to identify trends and opportunities for growth optimization.
• Evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, CRM, social, affiliate, and partner channels.
• Set up, monitor, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments with clear summaries and recommendations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance updates for stakeholders.
• Track key metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign analysis and business planning.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Identify anomalies and opportunities through ongoing data monitoring and analysis.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
