Job summary

0G is seeking a hands-on Growth Engineer who can turn ideas into experiments—and turn successful experiments into repeatable systems. You’ll blend commercial judgment with technical execution to identify acquisition opportunities, launch tests, and connect results to sales and customer success.

This role also involves building landing pages, automation workflows, CRM integrations, and analytics, owning the pipeline from lead capture to follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in growth, growth engineering, or marketing automation.
• Demonstrated AI or Web3 product experience beyond casual use.
• Proven ability to implement end-to-end data flows, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and run growth experiments to increase qualified leads across channels.
• Build landing pages, acquisition tools, and automated workflows for tests.
• Measure funnel performance, lead quality, and conversions; communicate findings.
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable growth loops and scalable systems.
