Job summary

cargo-partner GmbH is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Hong Kong to identify and pursue eCommerce and contract logistics opportunities. You will promote warehousing, distribution, VAS, e-fulfillment and courier services for domestic and international markets.

Key duties include building a robust sales pipeline, designing tailored solutions, managing key accounts, and reporting CRM-driven KPIs. Travel across China is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in sales or business development, preferably in 3PL/4PL or eCommerce fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of B2C eCommerce models and major platforms.
• Experience or preference for courier/logistics sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach eCommerce & contract logistics customers in Hong Kong.
• Promote warehousing, distribution, VAS, e-fulfillment and courier solutions.
• Manage relationships with key accounts and upsell where possible.
• Provide market insights and maintain CRM records with KPI updates.
• Travel across China for business visits as required.
