Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Sales Manager in Hong Kong to lead new business development and strategic key accounts within cross-border e-commerce logistics. You will drive revenue growth across international parcel and mail solutions, and develop tailored end-to-end offerings for high-value clients.

Responsibilities include RFQ/tender management, contract negotiation, and close collaboration with Product, Operations and Pricing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of proven sales/business development track record within cross-border e-commerce logistics, international courier/express, freight forwarding, or global parcel/mail solutions.
• Strong existing client network among e-commerce sellers, DTC brands, platform aggregators, and trading companies in Hong Kong.
• Solid understanding of international shipping regulations, e-commerce supply chains, customs clearance, and pricing/margin structures.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, commercially agile, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, volume, and gross profit targets across international e-commerce parcel and mail delivery solutions.
• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure high-value B2B accounts, cross-border e-tailers, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
• Design tailored end-to-end logistics solutions, manage the RFQ/tender process, and negotiate commercial contract terms.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, conduct regular business reviews and upselling of value-added services.
• Partner closely with internal Product, Operations, Customer Service, and Pricing teams to ensure smooth account onboarding and service execution.
• Monitor cross-border e-commerce market trends, trade lane developments, and competitor dynamics to identify new opportunities.
