Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Sales Executive / Sales Manager for its client, a top-tier global logistics and freight forwarding powerhouse expanding its E-Commerce Logistics division in Hong Kong. You will drive new business acquisition with cross-border e-commerce brands, DTC merchants, online retailers, and trading companies.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of B2B sales, customer success, or commercial experience from any industry.
• Sales Manager: 3–5+ years of demonstrable B2B sales or account management success; prior freight forwarding/3PL e-commerce experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across cross-border e-commerce brands, DTC merchants, online retailers, and trading companies.
• Develop understanding of e-commerce supply chain services (air/ocean freight, bonded warehousing, pick-and-pack, customs clearance, last-mile delivery) to propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare commercial quotations, RFQ responses, and contract proposals; negotiate terms to meet sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with new accounts and monitor shipment milestones to identify upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and overseas teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
• Monitor trends across major e-commerce marketplaces and trade lanes to pinpoint opportunities.
