Job summary

SilverX Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Growth Marketer who thinks like a growth hacker, builder and dealmaker. You’ll shape the growth engine, find unconventional opportunities, run high-impact campaigns, and forge partnerships that scale demand for our AI-powered health platform.

You will own end-to-end campaigns across acquisition, activation, engagement and conversion, experiment with AI marketing agents, plan channels, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of growth marketing or startup experience.
• Proven track record of exponential growth for new products (0→1).
• Hands-on with digital campaigns for B2B and B2C products.
• Genuinely AI-native; able to build and manage AI-powered workflows.
• Proficient with Canva, CapCut and AI-native design/content creation tools.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms, CRM, analytics, SEO.
• Builder mentality; creates playbooks when none exist.
• Experience growing B2C apps, SaaS, healthtech or AI products.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
• Must have the right to work locally.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, engagement and conversion.
• Identify unconventional channels and growth loops to drive rapid user and customer growth.
• Build, deploy and manage AI marketing agents for content, lead generation, outreach, research, SEO, social and campaign optimisation.
• Turn AI tools and agents into a scalable AI-native marketing machine.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Build strategic partnerships and collaborations that unlock new distribution opportunities.
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities including events and community initiatives.
• Use data and analytics to identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Continuously research emerging AI tools, platforms and tactics.
