Job summary

OKX in Hong Kong seeks a Growth Platform Product Lead to own the growth middle-platform vision, lead a team of PMs, and partner with business, channel, and regional stakeholders to hit growth targets.

You will consolidate scattered growth tools into a unified, self-serve system, drive analytics, and scale growth operations with AI while balancing platform investments across a fast-moving, global crypto organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience designing or shipping growth infrastructure used across multiple business lines.
• Proven ability to consolidate disparate growth tools into reusable, self-serve systems.
• Strong data fluency and ability to measure campaign/platform metrics.
• Experience managing multiple internal customers and stakeholders at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth Platform Strategy and multi-year roadmap for the growth middle-platform.
• Lead a team of product managers and align with Trading, Listing, Paid Ads, Content, Affiliate, and regional teams.
• Drive platform standards, configurability, and time-to-launch for business teams.
• Lead ToC/ToB product delivery: campaigns, tasks, loyalty, rules engine, and analytics.
• Scale experimentation and analytics, leveraging AI to shorten cycles and surface insights.
