Job summary

EternityX Marketing Technology Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on AI specialist who bridges strategy and execution, turning AI initiatives into automated growth workflows that improve business development and operational efficiency across the organisation.

You will lead AI adoption, collaborate with BD, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, and build scalable low-code automation pipelines while delivering measurable time savings and new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in AI operations, workflow automation, business analysis, or growth strategy (digital marketing / ad-tech preferred).
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows on low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, or Zapier).
• Demonstrated ability to deploy AI tools for campaign management, lead generation, or process automation with measurable results.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and data visualisation tools.
• Ability to engage non-technical stakeholders, diagnose operational bottlenecks, and drive adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, advertising shifts, and competitor strategies to identify high-potential opportunities for expansion.
• Translate business intelligence into automated growth workflows — streamlining lead prospecting, outbound campaigns, and client engagement across multiple regions.
• Audit and optimise the sales pipeline through data-driven analysis, delivering regular performance insights and actionable recommendations to the BD team and management team.
• Implement AI-powered alerts and predictive analytics to keep the BD team ahead of market opportunities and revenue risks.
• 2. Departmental AI Transformation: Engage departments across the organisation to identify operational pain points and implement AI-powered workflow solutions.
• Serve as the go-to person for deploying and managing internal AI tools and automations at the execution level, coordinating with IT and department leads.
• Collect user feedback, prioritise enhancements, and ensure continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
