Venturenix Limited is seeking a Growth Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager in Hong Kong to lead user acquisition, partnerships, and revenue expansion for AI-driven education offerings.

You will design growth loops, test innovative experiments, and embed AI tools to scale both B2C learners and B2B institutional programs. 3–6+ years of proven growth success in EdTech/SaaS, with strong analytics and executive-facing selling skills, is expected. Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of measurable success in growth marketing, sales, or business development in EdTech/SaaS.
• Experience building growth loops, partnerships, and enterprise education deals.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools and modern growth tooling.

Responsabilités

• Own top-of-funnel generation and bottom-of-funnel conversion for B2C and B2B.
• Design, launch, and optimize rapid experiments across channels and pricing models.
• Embed AI into workflows for content creation, prospecting, and analytics.
• Identify decision-makers, demonstrate product value, and close enterprise deals.
• Analyze user journeys, run landing page tests, and boost retention metrics.
• Bridge feedback between students/clients and curriculum/product teams.
