Job summary

OKX Group in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead growth-focused campaigns and AI-enabled product initiatives. You will own campaigns across user acquisition, activation, trading, and reactivation to drive platform volume and revenue.

You will apply a mature growth approach, deep crypto industry knowledge, and strong hands-on AI capabilities to deliver measurable business results, while collaborating with regional teams to align with local needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in growth product management.
• Hands-on ownership of acquisition campaigns, new-user campaigns, or growth products.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with AI tools and practical use in business outcomes.
• Ability to build and improve AI-assisted workflows and evaluate AI outputs.
• Proven track record improving trading volume, revenue, activation, or retention.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth Strategy and define the product roadmap for growth campaigns to increase platform trading volume and revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, trading conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user needs, and implementation effort.
• Design acquisition, new-user, trading, and reactivation campaigns to onboard and sustain users.
• Build reusable campaign, task, and incentive platform capabilities for global markets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Marketing, Trading, Risk, and Compliance to execute initiatives.
