• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team; work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns; monitor results and optimize ROI.
• Lead AI-driven content creation and workflow automation for marketing processes.
• Oversee social media content creation and manage SEO/SEM strategies.
• Collaborate with Retail Lending & Card teams on Martech initiatives and data-driven growth.
