Job summary

A prominent shoe production company in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to handle financial reporting, annual budgeting, and operational reviews. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy or related fields, possess a professional accountancy qualification, and have a minimum of 6 years relevant experience. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required. This role also involves managing the Treasury function and compliance matters.

Qualifications

Our client is a renowned shoe production company with presences in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Indonesia and India. To cope with continues growth they are now urgently looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team in Hong Kong

Job Description

• Perform monthly consolidation, financial reporting and management accounting for the Group and its subsidiaries
• Responsible for annual budget, planning, forecasting and monthly operational review report
• Prepare financial reports including IFRS statement and subsidiaries reporting
• Review and enhance management reports/analysis
• Track and analyze the group’s financial and operational performance drivers and KPIs
• Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls and procedures
• Assist in the Treasury function to closely monitor the Group’s cash flow and funding
• Handle Tax compliance matters and other tax issues
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines with professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and other regulatory requirements
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of managerial experience
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (includes both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency and knowledge of Flex Accounting System is a plus
• Able to work independently with efficiency and able to meet tight deadline
• Self-motivated with good personal integrity, analytical and leadership skills
