Job summary

Morgan Philips Hong Kong Limited has partnered with a leading international restaurant group to recruit an experienced Finance Manager for its Hong Kong finance team. This role offers a broad commercial remit within a dynamic, growing business.

You will oversee monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliant financial reporting, partner with operations for insights, manage cash flow and internal controls, and lead a capable finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience, ideally within retail, F&B, or consumer businesses.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
