Top Grace International Investment Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a senior FP&A professional to lead planning, analysis, and reporting for the regional business. You will support regional leadership by delivering rigorous forecasts, budgets, and performance insights.
The role requires deep FP&A experience, strong communication in English and Chinese, and the ability to drive process improvements, automation, and reliable financial control.
Conduct detailed P&L reviews across HK, China, Singapore to support regional leadership.
Support the Director in overseeing a small team of accounting staff;
Manage all aspects of financial planning and analysis, financial accounting, and capital project monitoring;
Develop and manage the annual budget, enforce budgetary controls, and participate in digital transformation projects and process improvement initiatives;
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): proactively follow up to optimize cash flow and reduce overdue balances.
Review, validate, and challenge revenue forecasts and budget submissions from business units.
Perform tailored financial analyses to inform decisions.
Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, including month-end and annual closing, management reporting, budgeting exercises, and fixed asset management, through best practices and automation tools;
Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.
At least 15 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, business partnership or commercial finance.
Attentive to details and ability to work independently and meet tight timelines.
Ability to balance business requirement and financial control.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles; detail-oriented, independent, responsible and proactive in seeking solutions;
Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and spoken English and Chinese;
