Party Alc Limited is expanding its finance team in Hong Kong and seeks a hands-on Finance Manager to support the Financial Controller with day-to-day accounting and operations. You will be responsible for full-set accounting, month-end closing, management reporting and cash flow monitoring across our multi-outlet F&B and lifestyle concepts.

You will handle payroll, MPF administration and audit coordination, while maintaining compliance with HKFRS and local tax requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Solid full-set accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong accounting practices (HKFRS) and basic tax compliance.
• Payroll calculation, MPF administration and employee expense claims.
• Experience with outlet sales reconciliation, POS reports and inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Handle the full set of accounts for the Group and related companies, including receivables, payables, general ledger, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly schedules and support the month-end closing process.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements for review by the Financial Controller.
• Prepare account reconciliations, supporting schedules and variance analysis.
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records per policy and HKFRS.
• Perform daily and monthly sales reconciliation for retail and F&B outlets.
• Reconcile cash, card, e-payment and other payment records against POS reports and bank receipts.
• Monitor daily bank balances, payment transactions and cash flow requirements.
• Prepare monthly payroll calculations including salaries, attendance, leave, allowances and deductions.
• Prepare audit schedules and documents for annual audit.

We are a growing lifestyle and hospitality group with business interests in food and beverage, coffee industry, hotpot restaurants, entertainment venues and other lifestyle concepts. We are seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager to support the Financial Controller in managing the Group's day‑to‑day accounting and finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for full‑set accounting, month‑end closing, management reporting, cash flow monitoring, outlet sales reconciliation, payroll‑related matters, MPF administration, audit coordination and other operational finance tasks. This is an execution‑focused role with no direct reports at present, and the candidate is expected to work independently while maintaining close communication with the Financial Controller.

Key responsibilities

Handle the full set of accounts for the Group and its related companies, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, journal entries and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly schedules and support the month‑end closing process.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements, including the Statement of Profit or Loss and Balance Sheet, for review by the Financial Controller.

Prepare account reconciliations, supporting schedules and variance analysis.

Maintain complete and accurate accounting records in accordance with the Company's accounting policies and applicable Hong Kong financial reporting requirements.

Perform daily and monthly sales reconciliation for retail and F&B outlets.

Reconcile cash, credit card, e‑payment and other payment records against point‑of‑sale reports and bank receipts.

Monitor daily bank balances, payment transactions and cash flow requirements.

Prepare monthly payroll calculations, including salaries, attendance, leave records, allowances, commissions, deductions and final payments.

Prepare audit schedules, account analyses and supporting documents for the annual audit.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including solid full‑set accounting experience.

Experience working in an Accountant, Senior Accountant, Assistant Finance Manager or hands‑on Finance Manager role.

Good knowledge of Hong Kong accounting practices, HKFRS and basic tax compliance requirements.

Practical experience in month‑end closing, management accounts, bank reconciliations and audit coordination.

Experience in payroll calculation, MPF administration and employee expense claims.

Familiarity with outlet sales reconciliation, POS reports, stocktake coordination and inventory control.

Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and explain financial variances.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables and SUMIFS.

Detail‑oriented, organised, responsible and able to meet reporting deadlines.

Direct exposure to the Financial Controller and senior management.

Language Requirements

Cantonese: Good command for daily communication with local staff, suppliers, banks and outlet teams.

Putonghua: Good or fluent Putonghua is highly preferred.
