Job summary

Realord Technology Company Limited is seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee daily operations and reporting across multiple regions, including China, Hong Kong, Japan and Grenada. The role emphasizes consolidation, budgeting and working capital management, with strong emphasis on internal controls.

The ideal candidate is a Qualified CPA with a Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including exposure to audits.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong management reporting and consolidation skills.
• Minimum 5 years' working experience.
• Prior audit experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; travel may be required.

• Oversee daily accounting operations across China, Hong Kong, Japan and Grenada business segments.
• Monitor financial reporting and group/sub-group consolidation; report to head office.
• Conduct financial review, budgeting and working capital management.
• Ensure internal control procedures comply with group policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams on process improvements and operations advice.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audit and tax computations.
• Handle ad hoc projects and prepare financial reports for management decisions.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operation, monitor financial reporting of China, Hong Kong, Japan and Grenada business segments of the Group

Perform financial reports of group consolidation and sub-group consolidation and report to head office

Perform financial review and analysis, budgeting and working capital management

Ensure internal control procedures are in place and compliant with group policies

Work closely with internal parties on business operations and provide advice on process improvement

Liaise with external auditor for all the audit related matters and support for annual and interim audit and tax computation

Handle ad hoc project and prepare financial reports to support management decision

About you

Qualified CPA

Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent

Strong management reporting and consolidation skills

Minimum 5 years' working experience

Prior audit experience is advantageous

Self-motivated, independent and result oriented

Strong command in both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidate is required to travel on need basis
