Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is seeking a Transformation Project Manager for a 6-month contract within the Finance Operations team, based in Hong Kong. The role drives Labour Optimisation, implements technology and best practices to streamline workforce management across hotels, and ensures successful delivery of the program.

The candidate will manage governance, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership, with travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years in digital transformation across Finance/Operations/IT/Customer.
6+ years in project management, including issue resolution.
Experience managing large-scale projects with regional exposure.
Experience with system/operating model implementation.
Experience working with a deployment partner, managing scope changes and technical integrations.
Excellent track record in change management and communications.
Experience coordinating and facilitating workshops.
Strong stakeholder management across regions, levels and departments.
Excellent written and communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

Project governance and delivery planning, including RAID log and budget oversight.
Stakeholder coordination with Mandarin Oriental teams and external vendors.
Lead change management, KPI reporting, and training for new processes.
Collect qualitative feedback from stakeholders and track KPI impact.
