Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support a banking transformation programme in Hong Kong. You will assist governance, budgeting, reporting, and delivery coordination across multiple workstreams, working with senior business and technology stakeholders.

The role requires strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to large-scale change and a multilingual environment (Cantonese, Mandarin, English).

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in PMO, project governance, programme management, or transformation delivery
• Experience supporting large-scale change or transformation programmes
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

Responsibilities

• Support programme governance, reporting, and controls
• Consolidate project status updates across multiple workstreams
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and steering committee materials
• Monitor project progress and maintain project documentation and RAID logs
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Assist with vendor management, SOWs, purchase orders, and contract administration
• Coordinate with PMs, Finance, PMO teams, and vendors to support programme delivery
• Support governance meetings and stakeholder communications
