Qualifications

• Graduate degree in technology, finance, business administration or economics.
• PMP or equivalent project management qualification is a plus.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification with project experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end transformations from scoping to delivery.
• Identify, engage, and mobilize stakeholders across functions.
• Define project methodology and governance for execution.
• Own delivery, manage uncertainties and risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all workstreams.
• Report progress, blockers, and decisions to management.
• Monitor KPIs including risk, cost, and timeline across the project.
• Lead change management to support user adoption and embed new processes.
