Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Transformation to act as the primary execution partner to the Transformation Lead, translating strategic direction into practical workstreams and deliverables. Based in our Hong Kong Corporate Office, you will drive governance, reporting and cross-functional project execution with a high degree of professionalism.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, Commercial Management or related field.
Typically 7–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or commercial operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong project management discipline.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic direction into structured workstreams, project plans and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.
Develop business cases and governance materials to support decisions.
