Job summary

KVB Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Team Lead, Global Payment & Settlement to drive the global payments function. You will lead end-to-end FX cross-border settlements, oversee reconciliations, and push operational excellence across cross-functional teams.

Build partnerships with banking partners and vendors, manage risk with SOPs and controls, and mentor a high-growth team in a fast-paced financial services environment. Fluent English and Mandarin required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Admin or Accounting.
• 4–6+ years in financial services, esp. e-payments or transaction banking.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor operational teams.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Align resources to maximize global payment performance and advise top management.
• Oversee end-to-end FX cross-border settlements, clearing, and reconciliations.
• Maintain SOPs, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead global operational projects across departments for efficiency.
• Foster relationships with banking partners, vendors, and payment networks.
