Job summary

HKT Financial Services, the FinTech division of HKT Group, seeks a senior product leader to define and drive the roadmap for a global B2B cross-border payments platform. You will design cross-border payment and settlement solutions, lead integrations with banks, PSPs, and networks, and monitor key metrics to optimize performance and user experience.

You will stay ahead of developments in digital assets, stablecoins, and global regulations, working with Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk,

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Payments, FinTech, or related financial services.
Deep understanding of B2B cross-border payments, international settlement processes.
Hands-on experience building cross-border payment products (payout, collection, treasury).
Proven experience delivering platform integrations with banks, PSPs, and networks.
Knowledge of AML/KYC, licensing frameworks, and compliance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product roadmap for a global B2B cross-border payments platform.
Design and launch cross-border payment solutions addressing regulatory and business needs.
Lead integrations with banks, PSPs, card schemes, and payment networks.
Monitor key metrics: payment success, settlement efficiency, volumes, and UX.
Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Business teams throughout the lifecycle.
Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery.
Identify risks and dependencies early; implement mitigation plans for timely delivery.
