Job summary

RedotPay is seeking a data-driven Network Operations / Payment Operations Manager to own and optimize our network of PSPs, eWallets, and direct bank rails. You will drive conversion, reliability, and cost-efficiency across the payment ecosystem.

You will work at the intersection of Finance, Product, Engineering, and external partners to ensure high payment flow success rates while controlling processing costs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of direct experience in Payment Operations, Network Operations, or Partner Management within FinTech, e‑commerce, marketplaces, SaaS, or high-volume digital platforms.
• Deep knowledge of non-card payment rails, including PSP infrastructures, eWallets, Open Banking, instant bank transfers, direct debits and local APMs.
• Proven track record of analyzing conversion funnels, error codes, and technical failure points in API/redirect-based payment flows to drive improvements.
• Hands-on experience negotiating processing agreements, fee structures, and holding partners accountable to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational and commercial contact for our portfolio of PSPs, eWallets, APM vendors, aggregator partners, and direct banking partners.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners to review operational SLAs, success rates, and roadmap alignment.
• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding, contract maintenance, compliance verification, KYB/KYC updates, and admin requests.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design and refine dynamic payment routing, fallback/retry mechanisms, and prioritization engines.
• Track KPIs like uptime, API latency, success rates, and payout settlement timelines; act as escalation point during outages.
