Job summary

RedotPay is a global crypto payment fintech accelerating adoption of crypto-powered financial solutions. We are seeking an Operations professional to drive channel and acquiring activities, optimize payment flows, and lead data-driven growth across regions including SEA, LATAM, Europe and East Asia.

The role focuses on optimizing fiat inbound journeys, improving payment success rates, and designing regional strategies to increase inbound penetration and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years in internet payments, cross-border e-commerce, Web3/crypto fintech.
• Proven ability to independently analyze data and improve payment success rate.
• Hands-on growth cases with measurable verification.

Responsibilities

• Understand acquiring/payment processing flows across regions worldwide; proficient with various payment types.
• Optimize inbound payment success rate for cards, local e-wallets, and local bank transfers.
• Own metrics across transaction and user volumes; improve funnel and reduce leakage.
• Build data monitoring and routing mechanisms to maximize payment success rate and minimize risk.
• Design fiat inbound growth plans; study regional payment preferences and tailor local strategies.
