Job summary

RedotPay seeks a data-driven, commercially minded Network Operations / Payment Operations Manager to own and optimize the merchant acquiring network. You will drive authorization rate lift, interchange fee control, 3DS routing, and performance tracking across card processing partners.

You will bridge Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure high approval rates while minimizing costs, with accountability for onboarding, SLAs, and partner relationships in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payment Operations, Network Operations, Merchant Acquiring, or Card Operations within FinTech or high-volume platforms.
• Deep knowledge of card-processing lifecycle, including Merchant Acquiring, Card Schemes, Interchange-Plus pricing, and 3DS 2.0 mechanics.
• Proven ability to analyze card authorization funnels, declines, issuer patterns, and implement routing strategies for lift.
• Strong negotiation and auditing skills for merchant processing agreements and fee structures.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI) to analyze large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational and commercial contact for card processing partners (Acquiring Banks, Merchant Processors, Gateways, Network reps).
• Lead reviews with acquirers/processors to review SLAs, approval rates, and roadmaps; onboard merchants and manage MID/TID setups and PCI-DSS verifications.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design dynamic routing, retries, multi-acquirer cascading, and BIN-based rules.
• Monitor and optimize authorization rates, 3DS configurations, and fee structures; manage KPIs and post-mortem analyses after outages.
