Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management; global customers management preferred.
• Engineering knowledge in motor, motion system, electronic pump, cooling systems, EV charger and energy storage systems highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; proven critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; strong business acumen.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; willing to travel mainly in China or East Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and pipelines leading to sales closures and drive commercial strategy for each customer assignment.
• Prepare quotes and proposals to support in customer day-to-day operations and drive closures.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for each customer.
• Participate in commercial negotiations, including pricing, to secure profitable business and manage related matters.
• Lead and collaborate with engineering and project teams to realize roadmaps and execute plans on awarded programs.
• Establish solid relationships with key customers and conduct regular reviews to meet strategic goals and revenue targets.
