Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales or key account management.
• Possess engineering knowledge in micro-motor/sensor/actuator or application engineering in automotive.
• International work exposure would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Create, develop and drive commercial business strategy.
• Participate in commercial negotiations to secure profitable business.
• Consolidate product requirements to develop product roadmap.
• Analyze market trends and present product roadmap.
• Set up customer network and regularly review relations.
• Monitor global pricing strategies and recommendations.
• Resolve pricing issues with customers.
• Balance tooling construction schedules.
