Job summary

Johnson Electric Group in Hong Kong is seeking a senior business development leader to expand the global customer base and drive the automotive products segment. You will formulate strategic plans, negotiate profitable terms, and align product roadmaps with engineering teams to deliver new programs.

You will manage global accounts, analyze market trends and defend margins while balancing tooling and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales or key account management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin helpful but not mandatory.
• International work exposure/overseas experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and drive commercial business strategy for the identified business segment.
• Participate in commercial negotiations including pricing, incentives, and service terms to secure profitable business.
• Consolidate product requirements to develop product roadmap with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with project teams to realize the roadmap and execute plans on awarded programs.
• Analyze market trends and present product roadmap at Planning reviews to management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering disciplines
