Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management and/or business development in industrial sectors.
• Strong strategic business development for global markets with cross-cultural navigation.
• Fluency in English; Chinese proficiency preferred; excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with market needs and company strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify trends.
