Job summary

KoLink Intelligence Limited is seeking a Hands-on Head of Business Development for KoLink Chat (Global). You will own the commercial engine, drive go-to-market execution, customer acquisition, and partnerships, and report directly to the Founder.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in BD / SaaS growth / startup ops
• Proven lead gen and closing ability
• Experience in digital marketing / performance marketing
• Understanding of SaaS recurring revenue and growth metrics
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable remote work

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business development and sales processes from prospecting to closing
• Convert inbound/outbound leads into paying SaaS customers
• Identify opportunities across international markets and channels
• Build scalable sales processes and customer acquisition systems
• Drive recurring revenue growth and global go-to-market initiatives
• Coordinate with engineering and content teams for product feedback
• Develop partnerships with agencies, resellers, and distribution partners
• Manage CRM, pipelines, and commercial reporting; monitor MRR and CAC
