Job summary

Rippling Hong Kong Limited is seeking a hands-on leader to own the strategy and day-to-day operation of our affiliate and KOL programs. You will recruit high-potential partners, negotiate terms, launch campaigns, and manage relationships to drive measurable acquisition, trading activity, and retention.

You will work closely with Growth, Content, Product, Business Development, Legal, and regional teams to build a scalable partner network that delivers strong ROI in a fast-moving crypto-adjacent

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and day-to-day operation of affiliate and KOL programs
• Identify and recruit high-potential partners
• Negotiate terms with partners
• Launch campaigns and manage relationships
• Measure performance and deliver measurable acquisition, funded-account, trading, revenue, or retention outcomes
• Evaluate audience quality, attribution, acquisition cost, fraud risk, partner economics, and return on investment
• Operate independently in a fast-moving environment
• Execute cross-functionally with Growth, Content, Product, Business Development, Legal, and regional teams
