Job summary

Ledge Technology Limited seeks a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate market expansion across global and regional markets. The role requires mobility between Hong Kong Science Park and Shenzhen facilities, plus collaboration with partner sites in the Greater Bay Area.

You will lead strategic partnerships, identify opportunities, represent the company at international exhibitions, and drive revenue growth through effective GTM strategies and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Foreign Languages (e.g., English, Translation), Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and corporate accounts across overseas and regional markets.
• Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to identify growth sectors.
• Serve as the principal interface for international and enterprise clients, building long-term strategic relationships from pitch to contract.
• Lead commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and pricing discussions to maintain margins.
• Bridge customer requirements with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Plan and lead participation in international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conventions; manage on-site demos and ROI tracking.

Education
