Job summary

Hong Kong Education City Limited is seeking an experienced events marketing and management professional to develop and execute integrated plans for large-scale events and conferences. The role requires leading end-to-end planning, budgets, logistics, and on-site operations, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You will manage communications, speakers, sponsors, and post-event evaluations, plus research education technology trends to drive growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in event marketing, event management or related field.
• Proven experience planning and delivering large-scale events, conferences, exhibitions or promotional campaigns.
• Strong end-to-end project management capabilities, including budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics and on-site operations.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for large-scale events, conferences and promotional campaigns.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of assigned events, including schedules, budgets, procurement, logistics, production, risk management and on-site operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and service providers to deliver event programmes (conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies, workshops, networking).
• Build relationships with speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and partners and integrate their content into programmes.
• Manage event communications and promotional materials (websites, registration pages, emails, social media, collateral).
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Research education and education-technology trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Perform other duties and support corporate projects as assigned.
