The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) invites applications for a Corporate Events Executive (Maternity Cover) to support the planning and execution of the Council’s corporate events, PR initiatives and senior management outreach. You will assist with guest invitations, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• University graduates in event management, PR or marketing with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in organising large-scale corporate events and PR campaigns is advantageous.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and creative problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Corporate Event Manager in implementing events, networking activities and CSR programmes.
• Support planning and management of events including guest invitations, logistics, onsite operations and post-event follow-ups.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure successful event execution and manage VIP relationships.
• Maintain the corporate contact database and monitor daily press clippings for relationship management.
