Complex Asia is seeking a Director, Event Operations to lead the planning, production, and delivery of our largest festivals, live experiences, and brand activations across Asia. You will drive strategy, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution with artists, venues, sponsors, and government partners to ensure safe, on-time, high-impact events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale event management.
• Proven success managing high-budget, high-attendance events.
• Experience with international brands and large-scale productions.
• Experience with government agencies and subsidies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of flagship events across Asia.
• Lead venue, production, security, crowd, hospitality, and artist logistics.
• Manage budgets, RFPs, vendor contracts, and ROI.
• Coordinate government subsidies and regulatory approvals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide post-event evaluations.
