• Oversee budgets, timelines, venues, vendors, with operational execution.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications and on-site logistics.
• Ensure events meet objectives, governance rules and cost targets.
• Collaborate with governance, brand and communications teams for alignment.
• Provide leadership to agencies and project teams and drive process improvements.
