Qualifikationen

• Over 3 years of solid experience in event production, installation, or technical management.
• Experience with luxury brand events, premium exhibitions, or high-end experiential activations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (e.g., CAD and SketchUp, Production Drawing).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese/Mandarin desirable.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and tools, with experience in budget tracking and timeline management.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel for business and factory visits.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Aufgaben

• Manage and follow the entire production process from initial briefing through to production, onsite setup, and dismantle.
• Utilize CAD to review, modify, and interpret technical drawings.
• Read, interpret, and analyse Lighting, AV, and Audio plans to ensure vendor alignment.
• Oversee production stages and floor plans, including overnight onsite move-in setups and tight schedules.
• Leverage relationships with designers and vendors to source talent and equipment for luxury atmospheres.
• Analyse technical plans, identify issues, and collaborate with factories/vendors for solutions.
• Coordinate communication with external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators; address risks or delays.
• Oversee logistical planning including vendor coordination, production schedules, and on-site support.
• Provide proactive support and solutions for project-related issues.
