Job summary

Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) invites applications for Senior Project Executive (Renewable Contract) to support the Wellness and Creative Industries Cluster. The role focuses on assisting project managers in planning and executing local and overseas trade promotional events, recruiting participants, and providing on-site logistics support.

The ideal candidate is a university graduate with proven project management or event planning experience, strong English and Chinese

Qualifications

• University graduate with a minimum of 4 years' solid experience in project management and/or event organizing is preferred
• Proactive, self-initiated, and detail-minded
• Mature, creative, with team spirit
• Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered for the position of Project Executive

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks dynamic, high-caliber and experienced professionals to join our Wellness and Creative Industries Cluster.

Responsibilities:

To assist project managers in the overall planning and execution of local and overseas trade promotional events

To recruit participants for trade promotional projects

To provide logistic support for trade promotional projects, including assisting in liaisons with external vendors, as well as internal departments and branch offices

To handle enquiries from event participants and undertake on-site duties

To liaise and maintain good relations with working partners and industry associations

Remuneration and Benefits:

Thesuccessful candidate will beappointed on a fixed-term contractbasis, renewable subject to operational needs.Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
