Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) invites a proactive events professional to support planning and execution of local and overseas trade promotional events, including the Asian Financial Forum. You will recruit participants, liaise with vendors, and help with marketing collaterals and on-site coordination.

The role requires a university degree, strong English and Chinese, and Putonghua fluency, with experience in event management considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related experience in sales/marketing/project management/event organising.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-initiated, mature and creative with team spirit.
• Meticulous and detail-minded, attentive to details.
• Willingness to work long hours to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing.
• Strong command of English and Chinese; Putonghua fluency preferred.
• Prior event management experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist project managers in planning and executing local and overseas trade promotional events.
• Recruit participants for trade promotional projects (e.g., Asian Financial Forum).
• Liaise with vendors and handle onsite logistics and venue setup.
